This event is suitable for those aged 18+
Mats will be provided. It is suggested to bring snuggly socks and warm layers as body temperatures are likely to drop.
Jordan (She/Her) is a London based sound healer and yoga teacher, who has a deep belief in the healing quality of sound. Beginning her journey by incorporating it into her yoga classes, she is now a gong practitioner hosting sessions at studios, workspaces & festivals.
Jordan is passionate about educating people on the mental and physical benefits of sound healing and on a mission to make it accessible to all.
