Devil’s Botany
From their East London distillery, Devil’s Botany makes absinthe the way it should be: bold, flavour-forward, and devilishly good to drink. As the UK’s first dedicated absinthe distillery, they’re bringing a famously misunderstood spirit back to life for a new generation of absinthe drinkers. Founded by owners of The Absinthe Parlour at The Last Tuesday Society, Devil’s Botany celebrates the spirit’s unruly connection to art, literature, magic & mixology.

A NEW MENU LAUNCH AT THE ABSINTHE PARLOUR

Free Devil’s Botany drink for the first 100 guests with a reservation plus £6 cocktails and £4 museum admission all night long!

London’s most freakish hideout, The Absinthe Parlour, is gearing up for it’s 10 year anniversary at The Last Tuesday Society with the launch of a brand-new cocktail menu that’s as playful, nostalgic, and offbeat as the bar itself.

The Absinthe Parlour is throwing a party on Wednesday 1st October to celebrate the new menu launch with free Devil’s Botany drinks for the first 100 guests plus £6 cocktails and £4 museum admission all night long.

The new menu, aptly titled Let The Good Times Roll, takes guests on a journey through drinks that blur the line between nostalgia and spectacle. Inspired by the directors’ roots in South Brooklyn and the infamous Coney Island side shows, expect retro flavours, carnival curiosities, and a touch of the unexpected:

  • Devil’s Botany London Absinthe & Cream Soda and Absinthe Regalis & Root Beer – a nostalgic throwback fizzed with mischief.
  • PB&J Old Fashioned – Jim Beam Bourbon, absinthe, cassis & black grape syrup in a bold reimagining of a childhood classic.
  • Tropic Like It’s Hot a fiery Cholula agave & passionfruit twist on a Picantè, made to heat things up on long London nights out.
  • Freezer Martinis – gin, vodka, or absinthe martinis served at a bracing -13°C and garnished with precision.

For traditionalists, the ritual absinthe fountains remain at the heart of the Parlour, offering guests a timeless taste of the green fairy.

Celebrating a decade of eccentricity, The Absinthe Parlour’s new menu is an ode to fun, flavour, and the freakish spirit that makes The Last Tuesday Society one of London’s most infamous drinking dens.

Let the good times roll.

  • Free Devil’s Botany drinks for the first 100 guests with reservations plus £6 cocktails and £4 museum tickets all night long
