DEAD MAN TALKS

       WITH

27th October 2010
Doors at 6 pm, Talk commences at 7 pm

There are numerous ways to alleviate the endless boredom of the graveyard and add variety to the condition known as death. Unfortunately, having fun is not one of them.

The living rarely have a chance to communicate with the dead but in the company of The Deadman we are given a fascinating insight into life beyond the grave and an opportunity to share the concerns of a corpse that still harbours natural desires.

The Deadman’s anecdotes from beyond the grave give a rare insight into being dead. The mind-numbing silence of the cemetery, the overbearing need for conversation, companionship, sex and the ornamental pond are all explained. His controversial views on the afterlife may surprise and even shock but this is a first-hand, no frills account from a man who once experienced life’s abundant joys and now laments their absence.

There may be more cheerful ways to spend an evening but you could learn something that will change your life.

As an added bonus The Deadman also offers his audience the opportunity to ask questions and fondle his private parts.

"It is true, the spoken word enlightens both the spirit and the soul.  Indeed, the HENDRICK’S Master Distiller can often be heard talking at length to her ‘two little sweeties’ – the delightful and peculiarly small copper pot stills from which the most unusual gin flows."
